Refund policy

We want you to love your ION8 bottle from the first sip—but if things don’t go as planned, we’ve got your back.


🗓️ 30-Day Trial – Love it or Return it

We offer a 30-day return window from the day your order arrives. If your ION8 product isn’t quite right, you can return it for a full refund—used or unused, in or out of the packaging. No problem.

We believe in trying before fully committing, which is why we accept returns even after the product has been tried.

All we ask is:

  • You return it within 30 days of receiving it
  • You include proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)
  • The return is from a purchase made on www.ion8.co.uk

💡 Important: If your ION8 was bought from another retailer (e.g. Amazon, John Lewis, etc.), please contact them directly. We can only process returns for purchases made on our official site.


🚫 Non-Returnable Items

A few things can’t come back:

  • Personalised or engraved products
  • Gift cards

🔁 Exchanges

If your bottle arrives damaged or faulty, we’ll gladly send a replacement. Please contact us before returning so we can issue a return reference and make things right.


💳 Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll confirm by email. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within a few working days.

We’ll refund:

  • Full price or sale items
  • Used or unused bottles (within the 30-day window)

Still waiting on a refund after 10 days? Check with your bank or card provider first, then reach out to us directly.

Please note:

  • Return postage is the customer’s responsibility
  • We recommend a tracked shipping service
  • We can’t take responsibility for items lost in transit

🎁 Gift Returns

If you received a gifted ION8 item and it was marked as a gift during checkout, you’ll receive store credit when we process the return. If not, the refund will go back to the original purchaser.


❗One More Thing

  • Refunds don’t include original shipping fees
  • Returns made after 30 days may not be accepted
