The www.ion8.co.uk mobile message service ("Service") is operated by Aydya Limited ("we," "us"). Using the Service means you agree to these Mobile Terms. We may change or cancel the Service, or these Terms, at any time, with continued use after any change counting as your acceptance.
By signing up to our SMS service, you agree to receive recurring text messages from us, sent to the mobile number you provide — even if that number is on a Do Not Call list. Messages may be sent using automated dialling technology and can include service-related updates (like order or account alerts) and promotional messages (like offers or cart reminders).
We use cookies to track items left in your cart, which may trigger a cart reminder text.
Signing up isn't required to make a purchase, and it's entirely voluntary. We don't charge for this Service, but your wireless provider's messaging charges and rates may apply — check with them for details. Message frequency varies.
You can opt out of the Service at any time. If you're signed up to more than one of our messaging programmes, you'll need to opt out of each separately, unless the law says otherwise.
