So I had a gastric sleeve, and I just don’t have the room for enough fluids during the day anymore. Previous I used to drink 2.5L per day so I really felt dehydrated. I cannot take the massive electrolyte meds I used to, so I needed an alternative. This does the trick. I can feel an instant change in my brain when I take this, I more alert, awake and overall brighter. If I forget to add it in to my squash I notice. Definitely recommend.

I like how you can turn any drink into sports drink with this product. I add it to my water in the morning or juice etc as I go during the day.Only downside for this product is that the cap sometimes leaks so if you carry it around, make sure it's upright at all times.

Bought this as an addition to our first aid kit. Has coming in handy when one of the family has has an upset stomach or headaches to re-hydrate them.There is no flavour or horrible smell so easy enough to and to your cold drinks.The consistency is like cordial so not thick or unpleasant. Always get good feedback about how they have worked. Good for the morning after a few drinks if you’ve been celebrating.

Bought to add to water bottle for exercise during the summer we never had. Effective. Expensive though.

Good electrolytes, good value low taste no sugar.

Exactly what I needed. I usually buy Viridian Electrolyte Fix but that wasn't available. Thankfully I found this, and this is pretty much exactly the same! Downside to this is it's in a plastic bottle rather than glass, but on the upside, the dropper in the lid is great and easy to use, and is better than the other brand I buy, which gets claggy. Very happy with this purchase and would buy again.

it's insane how good this thing is why by electrolyte water from shops where you can make your own and with less shady ingredients. I can feel it hydrates better than regular water Highly recommended

Purchased to put in my drink when swimming. I have a medical issue and can dehydrate quickly . I have found this product stops the cramp I used to get and I can swim long distances.
